Legal Question in Family Law in India
A friend with two children is seperated from her husband of 22 years and is now staying with her parents for the past 7 months. Issue is they have a house in both their names bought with both their money. What are her options if she has to get her rightful share of the house with dignity? what are her rights and what are the legal issues involved? The wife doesnt want to completely break off and taking the legal course would be the last option. However she has to have a place to stay and has the responsibility of educating the children and needs to find a lawful way to acquire her share of the property amicably. Pl advise.
