Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I want a very personal advice from u lawyers...i am married to my husband since 10 years and ever since i got married they always tried to get rid off me by every possible means of defaming me for every possible false allegation putting on me....and now i have two children a daughter and a boy and now they have crossed all limits of humanity...they have dissasociated(bedakhal) their son in order to get me out of their house and also they have stopped my monthly expenses of maintaince of my kids and myself...please tell me whether there is any provisions in law under which i can get relief from this situation because i really want to live with kids and family and my husband is also with his parents to kick me out with my kids....please i really want some help and i am a victim of domestic violence as well..he beated me so hard that one day he broke my arm bone as well i have x-rays of it also..please help.

dear client immediately file police complaint with women cell of police under sec 498 a against husband for physical torture. also file domestic violence case and ask the protection. file maintenance case for u and kids under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. u can file divorce against husband on the ground of cruelty. for any legal help call me

u may file domestic violence case and claim maintenance for herself and for minors
