Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,
I am software engineer base out of Hyderabad. I got married in 2009. Due to recent issues, I decided to take divorce from my husband. After many fights they have agreed to file for mutual divorce. We have not asked for any money as we are aware that being a working woman I will not have any right to demand. But during the years of marriage my husband has taken all my salary and savings. Now I do not have any savings with me. Please advise If I will be entitled to ask my savings back from him or will it be completely his mercy to give the money back?
