Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married and have two daughters from my marriage. I am not divorced and living with my lover( unmarried) for last 7 years. I moved to another house with my daughters and lover since last 7 years. My husband owes financial responsibilities of my daughters and does everything for them. He meets me often but not ready to divorce me. My lovers family dislikes me and do not call me for any family events and do not considered the part of their family. Please advice if I can stay legally with my lover without divorce, if I have equal share of my lover's hereditary property and his financial dealings and I can do case against my lover family for not allowing me to enter their house. I am self employed and me, my lover and husband provide financial assistance to my daughter.

Dear client though u r residing with yr lover then also yr status is no more than keep. So u cannot ask share in his ancestral property. But yr husband can file case of adultery against u and lover and yr lover will be punished for 5 years jail. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

Dear Madam,

You are right now in a bigamy which is illegal .

You lover can face serious repercussion due to this.

File a divorce, immediately. You have many reasons to file the same.
