Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

My marriage was on Nov 2011 after that I went to US.During the period when I was with him , he physically and emotionally abused me, including hitting me, trying to strangle me, etc . I was carrying at that time. When I reached India for delivery I filed 498a and domestic violence against him in Indian court. And he filed for divorce in Indian court when he came for vacation after that he left India. He flew from India without taking bail.He was away from India,more than a year now. And Indian court cancelled his divorce petition because of his continues absence.From US he send a power of attorney to the Indian court.

But that was fake.It didn�t satisfy the requirements of the power of attorney.I filed case in India for that also.

Now he filed divorce case in US without revealing all the cases against him in India and I got notice from the court for reply.I replied to that with all the evidence .

My question are

1) Will US court have the patience to go through my reply and can I expect Justice from there?.

2) Is it possible can I file a case against his fake power of attorney in US ? . If that possible, please give the information for where I can start

3) Can I inform the US government about his bad character( fake power of attorney ) , so they cancel his green card application.If that possible, please provide the link to inform.
