Legal Question in Family Law in Lebanon

Hello, Iam a Lebanese man who was married in Cyprus in the year 2013 (civil marriage) my wife is of British citizenship. We are living in Lebanon until 2 months back my wife kidnapped my child and travelled to UK. Today I found out she was with my child in Turkey and having a vacation with group of guys she is a traitor. What I want to know please:

1, can I file a divorce case in Lebanon ? Or I should be in UK to raise the divorce case?

2, if filing the case in Lebanon will bring me my rights especially that she left me, kidnapped my child and now she is with another man.

3, what will happen if I opened the case, will it take a lot of time? And what proofs I need to bring?

4, what will happen to my child who is 8 months old?

5, is it ok by law for a child to be with her mom especially of what she did and she is unemployed and living with a step father and not in a family?

I would appreciate to provide me details for all of the above questions. Thank you
