if a lady is serving in police in india and she has filed false 498A against husband . and husband do have strong evidence to defend false 498A . what rights husband can have against such lady . do cover issues related to get divorce.

You have two options: either defend yourself in trial court or if you have strong preliminary evidences, you can file a uash petition in high court. Yes, it does include issues related to divorce. The basic edifice of 498A is cruelty which is a ground for divorce. If her 498A is dismissed, it will itself amount to cruelty against you.
