How to move application to wave of 6 months for mutual divorce.

dear client as per recent supreme court judgement waiting period of six months cannot be waived. for any legal help call me

Waiver application can be moved but it is upto the court if it is exempted or not but SC says, it cannot be waived but if pending cases then it can be entertained.
