Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello, We just want to go for mutual divorce and we have been seperated 7 years ago and is there any option faster than mutual divorce and in mutual I want to mention as returning the amount spent towards marriage expenses as they are returning the amount which I is spent towards marriage. I am not talking any alimony or compensation. Could I mention the same in the mutual divorce document as they are saying they will mention as permanent alimony then only I will get divorce. I don't want it to be mentioned as alimony as I am not taking anything and they are returning the amount spent towards expenses and what is the safe way to take is it as FD now or cash after divorce.

dear client mention in divorce petition that yr husband give u that amount which u spend in marriage. also mention that he is not paid any alimony. for any legal help call me

u may move application to lift out said six months period and u may mention the facts that you are taking only marriage exp. not alimony.
