Madam UJALA VISHNOI
Husband filed petition in 2008, Application for desertion in Jul 2011 and it was rejected in Jul 2012.
If above PW-1 is live . then what to do . Cross started and on the same day I submitted an application on the ground that when the desertion application is rejected on the ground separation period is only 4 months ( less than 2 Yrs) at the time of filing the petition and also it was not mentioned in his rejoinder about desertion, then ADDITIONAL AFFIDAVIT IN CONTINUATION OF EARLIER AFFIDAVIT BY WAY OF EVIDENCE AS EXAMINATION IN CHIEF OF PW-1 ON THE GROUND OF DESERTION should be rejected.
Please advise in details.
