mai apni widow mother ke saath rehta hu. mai jis ghar me rehta hu vo ghar mere grandfather/ dadaji ka tha. meri shaadi december 2015 me hui thi. mai apni wife do divorce dena chahta hu. lekin meri wife mujhe divorce nahi de rahi. maine wife aur uski family ko bahut threat kiya taaki vo stamp paper pe divorce de de. meri wife job nahi karti hai. mai shaadi ka kharcha dene ko ready hu. lekin meri wife divorce nahi de rahi.

1) mai kaise divorce lu wife se. jabki vo agree nahi ho rahi?

2) jis ghar me(dadaji ka ghar) mai rehta hu meri wife us property me share le sakti h?

1) Before one year, no divorce.

2) She cant claim, but can claim shared household
