Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was married in india in 2012 with an NRI from canada. I went thr in april 2013 and came back in july 2013. We are living seperatlely since den. I got a divorce form 25a from superior court of justice ontario canada in nov15 . Will this divorce be valid in india or not? I am also attaching you the copy of form i received .i need an urgent advice on this.. And on what grounds he might have asked divorce from me?

if u both contested the divorce then u no need to take fresh divorce otherwise u have to file divorce in india.
