Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

In Pakistan a family has seven childern one of them is bastered. But husband of her morther has accepted him. Now he is young. Can he get same property division /equal property rights to other six.

Dear,Yes.

He can avail all the rights including the rights of inheritance as other sons of Father can avail.

After acknowledgement of paternity by the Father he has become legitimate son and hence entitled to all the rights and obligations as other sons.
