Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir,s
I have a 5 plus years son right now staying with her mother
The thing is that I am from Orissa but at present working at Kolkata where our divorce case has been filed where the final hearing will be in the month of June so when can I file for a child custody case as because SHE has been staying with her lover and started to harres me in the way of not letting me to meet him and verbally also.
Sir if I get get my son forcefully or let let him to go back then what can she do
I would be very very thankful if you give me your precious replays
