Sir, please advice
Divorce case filed by husband dismissed by Family Court. Husband filed First Appeal in High Court. Recently I came to know that husband is giving his matrimonial advertisement since the case was pending before the Family Court. In his matrimonial advertisement he is showing himself a divorcee. Thus he is cheating others to marry, cheating to me and cheating with the Family Court Order. Under circumstances what is better for me :-
Q1-- to put up matter before High Court?
Q2-- to file any other case in Family Court Or Any other Court?
Q3-- to file any Criminal proceeding?
Q4-- Under which section the case can be taken up?
Q5-- is it cheating with wife or not according to law,?
