Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir
I m a Muslim man having a married life of 11 yrs. I have 2 daughters (11 n 8 yrs) and 3rd is accepting. My wife is harassing me that if I divorce her she claims alimoney and take all the 3 kids. In alimony she wants a house worth Rs 60 lakhs in which she is living + monthly maintenance for the kids. Sir I m having the earning of Rs10;000 per month. And the house in which we are living is a shared accomadation(me and my small bro; both family live in the same single house) . This house is on my mother name. She just given us to both the brother to live . Now she is mentally torturing me to take the house alone and kick out my brother from the house. Tell me If I really divorce her what she can do ? She is threating me for filing a court case. Tell me what alligation she can put on me ? Really I have to give the house as alimony and what will be the maintenance cost of the kids? Kindly give brief explanation on it to clear my doubts. Plzz help me.

1) She cant claim the house in full or even ur share.

2) Maintenance will be calculated based on financial status of each spouse.

3) Child custody will be decided by the court looking to the welfare of the child.
