Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir I have come to my parents house (Assam)after 6 month of delivery with my baby. My parents had some plans to go out of town for few days for some function which was conveyed to my in-laws but without asking or intimating to my father my husband booked my returning tickets from my parents house(Assam) to inlaws house(Madhya pradesh) and my husband told my parents that he will be coming to take me at my parents house. My father requested him to reschedule it after one week as they already had plans and they wanted to welcome his son-in law nicely but my husband didn't agree. So it was discussed and and agreed between me and my husband that its okay if my mom and brother leaves earlier for the event and my father stays and he will receive my husband at guwahati and spend a day with us and see off us from guwahati and according to the plan my father had booked hotel for my me and my husband stay at guwahati but day before my husband journey from Madhya pradesh he called my husband and he said he didn't expect that he is coming and my father is not welcoming him at our home. My father made him understand that my mother and brother already left out of town now if he receives him at home he won't be able to welcome him properly at our house as he wanted to welcome his son-in law nicely at his home As we live in very small place in assam and my father is working in one of the armed forces. But my husband started arguing and he told that he will never come to take me and cut the call. After that my husband and my in-laws didn't contact me. My husband had plans to move USA in coming month. What action can i take if he goes without speaking or informing me.

You should file police complaint firstly so that his departure could be stopped. You can also approach US embassy. Initiate reconciliation process for amicable solution. Work under guidance of a competent advocate.
