Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have a daughter separated and took Khula from husband since the last three years. She has one son now about 6 years. I have heard that his father has filed a case for child custody. Just for info during the period of marriage he never cared for the wife and the son. It was my daughter who was doing a job that she had been bearing mostly all the home expenses and the fee of the child and all his expenses My daughter took Khula about 2 years from now. worked hard on the son , got admitted in good school .It is almost sure if the boy goes in father's custody God forbid he will be destroyed. How can we make a strong case for his retention with my daughter. I need you advice.
