based on the false comlaint against us,police filed an fir of 420 case related to the civil property dispute in december 2012.we have all the proper documents and already we had shown to the circle inspector.after police filed an fir we have applied and got anticapatory bail.in feburuary 2013, we wrote an rti application to the concerned police station asking for the property documents of the complaint person.in 24 april 2013 we got the information under rti from that police station that till now the police have not recieved any documents from that complaint person and saying investigation is in process after 4 months of an fir also.here i would like ask you with out the document how the the police could filed an fir .is this a legal thing and please give me the solution what we need to do now.

Apply for quashing the FIR and also lodge a complaint against the Police officers for registering false complaint, lodge this with Commissioner of Police & Home Ministry (State).
