Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Sir my father has a self acquired property.he has 2 sons.Elder son is debarred from property fatter got his floor from elder son through execution.father won suit for possession upto Supreme Court but elder son trespassed second floor.now father filled SLP in Supreme Court for vacate 2nd floor then S.C.passed ordered that is elder son have no right in father's property.he will vacate second floor on 15.09.2016.so can father will transfer his property in favour of his younger son or he will wait for vacate second floor or can father do gift deed of ground & 1st floor in the name of his younger son as younger son have possession ot both floor.
