Date )& I served a notice period in our companies MPPC software at that time my Designation shown BIC & after some days in our company; s software my designation change as a CSE . How I can fight with them .I have all proof against them. My Mob

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you have already resigned, you should concentrate on getting a new job rather than waste your valuable time in legal battles, which being time consuming and costly, will not yield any results.
