Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir / Madam
I have resigned from a company couple of months back, I have requested them to forward my papers to Provident fund dept,so far they have not even bothered to respond to my mail.
Please note, my work place was in Bangalore and Company HO is in Harayana.
Kindly advice, how I can recover my PF amount.

Dear Srinivas,
You should write to the Provident Fund Commissioner that your present Company is delaying the release of the papers and request their intervention to resolve the matter.
