Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

I was working with one of the MNC BPO in Delhi and I left the organisation because I was looking for an suitable Inter Job Posting near to my resident location but could not grab. Resulting which I had to leave the organisation and left on proper note and holding all my relevant papers with me.

I recently, applied for rejoining and did it successfully by qualifying each round. I believe there is a policy where in you cross check with last immediate manager for ex-employee case. He gave RED REPORT about me which is completely false. I did nothing on Professional ground whatever he noted down it was his personal remark, and had nothing to do with professional. Top of that how can a manager under whom I served for only 4-5 months can give a feedback for my 4 years of tenure given to the organisation. Top of that per the company policy I had to go for at least 3 months for training but I could be there for only 4 months after which I went on Medical leave which resulted 2 months complete unused means I could not even complete my training online.

Here is his comments.

He is good on communication but had performance issues due to extended learning curve and did not do well in GE Money GL Recs Process. He was on bench for some time and he did not finalize any IJP roles offered to him"

During your tenure in GE Money GL Recs process, Anushree was also involved in all the discussion with respect to your performance issue, finding the role for you (IJP) and your exit process at the end.

What are the other way I have, as legally available ???

Dear Sir / Madam,

Never look back at working in an organization that you have already left behind. Always look ahead and find yourself a good job elsewhere.

Regards,
