Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Enter your question here..I am working as a teacher in a christian mission minority school in Varanasi since last 14 years whwre the principal who is apponted by the church exploits the workers to full extent and the employees tolerate him for fear of loosing job.What are the legal rights of an employee of such institution.

Dear Sir / Madam,
All the teachers who are exploited should sign a join representation against the Principal and compel the Missionary trustees to remove him from the school.
