Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam

I had gone for an interview and got selected, the employer has given me a bond which is to be singed by me, main contents of the bond as below

1. We have to serve the Company for a minimum of 3 years from the date of agreement.

2. Security cheque to be handed over the employer.

3. One account of breach of any terms, the employee shall be liable to pay penalty/liquiated damages of Rs. 25,00,000 to the employer.

Kindly advice, if I can join the company, I am worried, if am not able to serve for 3 years, what will be the consequence.

Thanks & Regards
