Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My employer is a LTD Co. Not giving me performance annual Variable pay saying that owner wanted to get rid of me.No show cause notice or performance counselling was done,nor my KRA was defined in writing to me.Perhaps variable pay ws not adopted by a policy in the Co last year March.Policy was formulated and became applicable only wef 1st April this year.I have performed best of my ability as GM which is in physical form.Please advise me what to do
