Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear sir/Madam,
my name is gautham, I'm working with mnc company.i have sent my resignation letter to current employer due to following reasons
1. they are not paying salary on time.
2.they are not full filled my requirements which they are committed on joining time.
3.in agreement my probation period is 6months and they extended my probation period 3 months with out any reasons.
now the situation is i got a better job in other company i have to join there on or before 17/12/2014 at any cost.
i have sent my resignation via email last week till now i have not received any reply from employer.actually as per agreement my notice period is 1 month and i requested for 2 weeks
please advice

Dear Gautham,

Serve two weeks notice period and pay off the remaining two weeks notice pay to the Company.
