Hi,

my self manish kumar i was working in ncr corporation india pvt ltd. from may 2014 to may 2015,

during the service time i have spent some expanse for organization i.e july 2014, aug 2014 and sep 2014 for these expanses i had submitted the report to my reporting manager, expanses had approved by manager and regional manager (expanses had applied after 2 months-which is not acceptable as per travel policy). the finance department of organization is denied to give these expanses as the department needed 2nd level approval for this i.e approval required from country manager as per policy.

the 2nd level i.e country manager is denying to approve these expanse-reason-due to financial year has closed

i want legal advice on this case- should i file a case ? how much possibility to win this case !

Dear Manish,

If the travel expenses incurred by you are for doing Company work, it remains legally binding on the Company to reimburse the travel expenses to you Since your reporting Manager and Regional Manager have already approved the expenses, you should request the Company to pay up else file a Police complaint against the Company.
