hello there,

I doing job at inex industries Ltd. at lucknow

from 28-11-11 to 30-05-12 and also i have 1 yr contract ,

but they are not paying my salary on monthly basis they only paid Rs. 5000 to me .

so that i leave that company and i am asking him to give me my salary but they are not interested and i have Rs-25000 bond of one year .

so now what is the option for me to take my salary

Dear Manoj,

Calculate the salary earned by you for the total period that you worked with the Company and deduct the bond amount of Rs. 25,000/- the remaining balance should be paid to you by the Company. For example, if your agreed monthly salary was say Rs. 20,000/- per month and you have worked for six months in the Company, the total salary earned by you works out to Rs. 1,20,000/- minus the bond amount of Rs. 25,000/- which means the remaining balance of Rs. 95,000/- has to be paid to you by the Company. Having paid you only Rs. 5,000/- till date, the net balance Rs. 90,000/- is still payable to you by the Company. You should send the Company a letter on the above lines and ask them to immediate settle your dues.
