Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i m a school teacher, one day i got a mail from my old school where i worked and left the school without any notice because i was intimating them to change my post and increase my salary but they never accept that. So i left the school and joined new school. In that mail it is written that

1.This teacher has stolen 3 pendrives of students

2. Not submitted answer sheets to the school......

.....

and so on

I have no dues from that school. This is the proof

if i have stolen any thing or any issue with exam department then they should not give me NO DUES .

Although my payment is not cleared

In that school there was a rule"If you left the job without prior notice your one month salary will we collapsed" so i gave the sacrifice of my salary. But this kind of mail and trying to ruin my image in my new school really hurt me

so can i apply for maan hani.
