Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir i am working in a Punjab state cooperative bank as a clerk.my salary pay band is 10300-34800+ grade pay 3200 my gross Salary is around 30000 per month. now i have been selected as food inspector in food and civil supplies department with pay band 10300-34800 grade pay 4200 but due to punjab govt rule notified on 15/01/2015 they are just giving basic salary for 2 years i. e gross 10300
can i apply for protection of my salary?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should seek this clarification from the concerned Department / Office in Punjab that has notified the rule on 15/01/2015.
