Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir,

I am working in a software company .There are two conditions in my appointment letter about which I want your guidance-(1)you will be on probation for a period of 7 months.During the probation period ,you will be working as trainee.Training which will be imparted to you could be either classroom training or on-job training.(2)After confirmation, the duration of notice period will be 60 days from either side. No relaxation in notice period will be permitted.

I am confirmed employee.I was not given any training and there is no salary option in lieu of notice period. What should I do to avoid any complication in future ,please guide me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please refer to the termination clause in your Appointment letter, which normally stipulates the number of months salary the Company will pay you in the event of termination. Use and cite this same time period to pay off the Company the notice period salary for the notice period that you do not wish to serve.

Regards,
