Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have submitted some educational documents for a government post. After 4 years of recruitment verification of one of the certificate submitted by me is not being possible as the institute provided diploma to me has been closed last year. in such case if what are the legal remedies for me if department takes any action against me on the ground of "document can not be verified due to institute shut down"

Dear Sir / Madam,
The concerned Government Department ought to have verified all qualification Certificates prior to your selection and appointment, and not after you have already served four good years in the organization. You should cite this point in case the Department initiates any action against you, which is quite unlikely in my view.
