Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was unceremonously terminated by Times of India while I was admitted to hospital after burn injuries. They havent released my dues nor respionded to my legal notice. Is there no other alternative except to approach courts and pay through the nose for the lawyer fees, court fees etc etc?
