Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan

Aoa. I m living in a 10 marla house on rent on first floor.. i made written agreement witg the land lord. I pay monthly rent 14000 as decided in written agreement.. after passing 1 year landlod has strted pressing me through the property dealer to increase the rent to 16000. One thing is that there is no clause of increase in rent in the agreement. 2nd is that 16000 is more then 10%. When i tried to ask for some relief from land lord. He. Straight away asked me to vacate the house. Then i strted paying the extra rent in order to safe guard my family and not to create any issue. During my stay me and my family are facing day to day problems..like undue interference in my premises. Thretening my family for not properly maintaining the cleanlines even if i have hired a maid to regularly do cleaning n dusting, .at the time of agreement landlord allowd me to use the guaraje, bt now dnt even allow my son to stand his bicycle, they leave no stone unturn to disgrace us. I pay all bills utilities. Gas n electricity. Motor is in their premises, they shift load on us. And we can not check. Nw today his wife asked me to vacate the house on phone. Tell me what should i do to get relief. Kindly reply in detail and point wise. Regards.... aftab ahmad

Aftab Bhai in given circumstances you can file a suit for permanent injunctions and in that a stay order would be granted by the court.
