Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have a land which is gifted by my mother after death of my father. Father is the previous land owner. As a owner of the land he gave a shop for rent without any agreement or any other writing. After death of father, the shop is transferred in my name. But now the tenant refused to make new agreement with me and stop paying my rent. He has no legal documents. We already stop issuance of his trade licence. What can we do further to get possession of the shop??

It is also to be noted that i am widow of ex- defence personnel having two unemployed son.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should immediately lodge a Police complaint for "illegal trespass" into your property against the Licensee and simultaneously file eviction proceedings against the unauthorized Licensee in the Court stating that you need the shop for your own occupation. Please re-post query if there is no Police action within 3 days of your lodging the Police complaint.
