Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,
My mother purchased a property from my uncle (My father's Brother) which he received from will of my grandfather. My uncle sold this land to my mother in 1992-93 to buy a new property. Now registry in name of my morher. My father and similar uncle was doing a small scale production work in partnership on the same property. Now firm is closed from so many years. My uncle expires 5-6 years ago but son of my uncle (my cousin) is not ready to leave property and asking for his share from the property (Firm is already closed). He starts his own small scale work there. Kindly advise what we can do in this manner.

He has no right on the land but the possess the right thr structure of workshop there on.
