Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My mother's dad(NAME: VEERA of age 88) died on 2009, he had 4 sons and 2 daughters (1 is my mom). Of that 4 sons the second elderly changed the house to his name from veera to his name on 2008, which he later changed to his wife name. This happening is suspicious as VEERA remained mentally absent from 2007, so that man should have made some criminal activity. Whatever it is , i want to know How to dispose that house and share among hte 4 sons and 2 daughters equally. We were unaware of the name change all time but a week ago only. We did sent advocate notice demanding stay which he refused to post man. Please give advice!

Dear Sir / Madam,

You may file a writ petition in Court challenging the transfer of title title to the property in the name of one son, since that person will have to substantiate and prove his claim to ownership of the title to the property in Court.
