Hi, I'm planning to buy a house for 1100 Sqt at Delhi. I want to check if the building legal etc is right and also what all paper i need to check before me finalising the property? Thanks.

please get the title search of the property if it is the flat you will need to check the title of the land of the builder the approved site plan and many such documents for clarifications contact 9312411481.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should verify all the past chain of documents (purchase and sale) and whether the immediately preceding sale of the property has been properly stamped and duly registered with the Tehsildar / District Registrar with the name of the Seller as the title owner of the property on their records. Only then should you negotiate with the Seller and finalize the purchase deal
