Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have property which is occupied by me above 25 yrs & it was donated by some one who is no more.But the documents he signed it was not registered then .so i am facing problem to sell it now . What should i do?

you may file a suit for declaration for title by way of adverse possession . For that you must hold the property as your own, in opposition to the claims of all others. For further clarifications call 9312411481.
