Sir.in the year 1958 my dad got 1 acrs of land @ the time his age was 6 years. Last 50 years we are enjoying the land. Now my dad was no more as will my dad younger brother also passed away. Now my uncle (my father's younger brother) sons demanding that want share on 1 acrs land .in that pahani directly transfer to my dad name in the year 1958 .that are teĺing they will to court. Are they have rights to ask the land..

1) How ur father got title of the land is to be seen.

2) If ancestral, they got claim.
