Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

sir we have a joint house on the name of 3 brothers and i have the kabza of documents and house and the case is going in civil judge court as i file a benami act against my 2 brothers now almost 1.5 years going but the case is still in same position not to reached to arguments one brother give a statment in my favor the other one took money b4 from me but due to brothership we dont have any documents sighn of money now he is denied.so sir what is the case status and how long its will go as per all of your laywer experience untill high court.pls advise
