Terrace Rights.

Hi we are living banjara hills, its g+6 permitted. but later i see they have constructed 7th floor on terrace, recently we are trying to access and keep one of water tank, the 7th floor person claiming that its private property. and other owners does not have any terrace rights, i am second buyer. old owner document mentioned that land owner owns all terrace rights. is that true, i do not have any rights for terrace ? buildier can register what ever terms as a register of sale.

and post me any URL for understanding the rights of terrace of banjara hills.

its becoming a goodagiri if some one accessing the terrace, they are scolding and giving warning to other owners when they try to access the terrace. any advice, how true is this.

Dear Ram,

Terrace is the common property of all the residents in the building. It is not a matter of an individual's privilege or right of any resident member, to obstruct building residents from visiting the terrace. If there are 7 or more residents in the building, you should form a registered Co-operative Housing Society to take care of all administration matters.
