Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father is not alive, all his cash and property are in possession of my brother and mother. My mother is in pressure and favour of my brother. My mother and brother do not want to give my portion. I want to go to court for family partition, but I don't know complete details of cash and property. We are 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Can I go to court for family partition? Can my mother and brother misguide court in giving details of cash and property? What is procedure of family patition in court and what are informations I have to give to court ?

give the details of the immovable and movable assets to be partitioned. At least you shouls know about the immovable property.
