A will cost about TT$ 1,000.00 . Are you suggesting the beneficiaries to a property cannot spend $1,000.00 to get property worth hundreds of thousand dollars. Your mom is alive and a new will will invalidate any previous wills. As for your brother's occupation of the house consider the effect of adverse possession. There are costs associated with legal actions but consider the rewards.
