i have cancer and i am trying to work.. i take the chemo pill and i need to see the doctor every month and test every 3-6..can these days be counted against me and if i get salariy pay can my check be docked....

If you qualify for FMLA leave and your employer is covered by the law, the days cannot be counted against you. You may want to check into FMLA intermittent leave with your employer to cover these absences.

Your salaried wages can be deducted for absences of one or more full days due to sickness or disability if the deduction is made in accordance with a bona fide plan, policy or practice of providing compensation for salary lost due to illness.
