Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Alabama
In Alabama if I have filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy, if I die will my truck go to bankruptcy court.

Normally a Chapter 13 case is dismissed upon the death of the debtor. The truck would not go to the trustee if that happens.
