Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Alabama

How much does it cost to file a discrimination law suit?

Is EEOC the place to go to first?

Where is this place at in Mobile county, Mobile?

Can I file this law suit, without a laywer?

How much does it cost for a lawyer to file this for me?

I mean how much on average lawyers charge to do this.

better yet, how much does you, the lawyer who answer my questions charges??

The cost depends on the situation, but you need to speak with an attorney. You can call me at 450-0111. I am in Mobile.

The only thing I can really give you advice about is this: hire a lawyer. Legally you are not required to have one. However, you will inevitably fail if you try. This is an extremely complicated area of the law and one misstep - especially at the beginning (which indeed is EEOC) will result in your case going nowhere. You are in Mobile which is out of my area. Call my friend, Michael Wing. He will at least answer all your questions for free or only a nominal charge. Here is his contact information:

The only thing I ask is that you tell him that I sent you. We lawyers like to scratch each other's backs now and then.

Good luck.
