Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Alabama

I was in a local grocery store yesterday.When i walked by the registers when entering the store,the cashier made a loud comment to the bag boy about a sign.she said and i quote"it says in parenthicies no shirt no shoes no service.So I put my basket back down and started to leave.then she said loudly "they should have a rule about how long shorts can be to."i had on my swimming shorts that went to my knees.by this time i'm embarassed by all the eyes on me.then the 2 of them started laughing loudly.thin i stoped and said"i'm allready leaving,you don't have to laugh at me too.Do I have a case?
