alimony

met spouse on job, came off on disablity , we live together for about 4yrs engaged in same household and shared expense, we have been married for 6yrs now, i depended on wife to cook for me, give me my medicine,because i have eyes, back, knee, and other medical problems, she left me without telling me and havent been back, i file missing person report, things got so bad from me worrying that i was admit to hospital, can i get alimony from her? she works and i dont, she is a government employee with over 20yrs
